Transform operations with paper-based forms to digital workflows with tablets and smartphones – a video about HybridForms, launched by the Microsoft portal Channel 9, shows how this can be achieved successfully.
Christian Ekhart, CEO of icomedias, was invited to the Microsoft headquarter in Redmond to introduce the mobile form software HybridForms. In the video, which was recorded in a studio at the Microsoft Campus, he presented in a live demo the key benefits of end-to-end digital data capture.
In addition to a significantly reduced error rate and a faster availability of data for further analysis, especially time-savings are a major factor. Practice in an European police project shows: 10% less administration work at the desks for the police officers, but more time and more presence and visibility on-site – for the benefit of the local communities.
