Next-Gen Work with M365 Copilot: From AI Assist to AI Co-Work

Fusion Solution, in collaboration with Microsoft, hosted the “Next-Gen Work with M365 Copilot: From AI Assist to AI Co-Work” event. The event offered an immersive experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, covering everything from using AI for daily tasks, prompt engineering, and agent creation to executing multi-step workflows with Copilot Cowork.
The event was held on Friday, September 25, 2026, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM at the Microsoft Thailand office (35th Floor, One Bangkok). It featured a full-day program comprising lectures and workshops designed to help participants learn how to apply Microsoft 365 Copilot in their work.

Learn how to use Microsoft 365 Copilot effectively

The morning session began with the topic “Next-Gen Work with M365 Copilot: From AI Assist to AI Co-Work,” before moving on to strategies for leveraging Microsoft 365 Copilot to enhance work efficiency.
The content covers key topics, including:
– Prompt Design
– Prebuilt agents such as Researcher and Analyst
– Prompt Coach
In addition, participants learned about the new features of Microsoft 365 Copilot and how to apply it to daily tasks across various applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Workshop: Building Agents with Microsoft 365 Copilot

In the afternoon, a workshop on building agents with Microsoft 365 Copilot was held, where participants learned about features related to agent creation, covering tools, knowledge, and use cases.
This activity helps participants clearly visualize how agents can be integrated into the workflow alongside Microsoft 365 Copilot.

From Copilot to AI Co-Working with Copilot Cowork

Another key topic of the event is Copilot Cowork, covering everything from an overview of Copilot Cowork and its ability to integrate with tools across the Microsoft ecosystem to the relevant skills involved.
