- Policy issuance process
- Starting from Agent Submit information to request a quotation
- Sales Support Record the insured's details such as name, address, coverage, insurance amount, etc.
- Underwriter The system automatically calculates insurance premiums and commissions for agents based on coverage conditions and insured capital.

- Document printing process
- After the policy/endorsement is approved, it is sent to the document printing process. The document printing officer specifies the conditions to retrieve the policy/endorsement information for which the document set needs to be printed. After that, the document printing is confirmed. After that, the information is sent to the finance department for deduction of premiums and payment of gratuities.
- Policy approval/endorsement process
- After receiving confirmation from the customer, the agent sends a quotation record for issuing the policy or endorsement. It will be sent to the officer who has the right to check the policy / endorsement (the information is sent according to the insurance capital limit of the employee who has the right to approve). The officer who checks the policy / endorsement logs on to the policy check / endorsement screen. After that, specify the conditions for retrieving the policy / endorsement information. The officer reviews the information and verifies that if the information is correct, the officer signs the document and confirms approval in the system. After that, the information will be sent to the next step of printing the document set.
- The process of issuing a back stamp
- The system will use data from the policy system as the initial source for issuing endorsements, such as adding coverage and name. The endorsing officer will select the policy for which the endorsement is to be recorded. The officer will then examine the set of endorsement documents. After the data has been recorded, if the endorsement documents are correct, the officer will confirm the endorsement information for further consideration.
