Fusion Solution is proud to support the DIGI Data Camp Season 5 project—an initiative dedicated to cultivating "Public Sector Data Knights"—for the year 2026. The program aims to enhance the capabilities of government personnel in Data, AI, and data analysis through learning sessions and workshops covering topics ranging from Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Data Science, and Machine Learning to dashboard design, all of which can be practically applied to real-world work.

The DIGI Data Camp Season 5—an initiative to cultivate "Public Sector Data Knights"—is taking place from September 14–18, 2026, at the Thailand Institute of Justice (TIJ), with an option to join online via Microsoft Teams. The training kicks off with the topic "AI & Public Data Analytics: Exploring AI Perspectives for Public Sector Data Analysis."

Support for this project reflects Fusion Solution’s commitment to promoting the adoption of data and AI technologies, enabling organizations to transform existing data into insights that drive more effective decision-making and operations.

Learn everything from Data Analytics to Data Science and AI

The project covers the entire data workflow, ranging from fundamentals to advanced applications. Participants begin by learning to use Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, while also gaining an understanding of Business Intelligence concepts and the "Data → Insight → Action" process.

Additionally, there are workshops covering Star Schema design, connecting data from multiple sources, and using AI as an assistant for data preparation and understanding, as well as data cleaning and transformation using Power Query.

Build a Data Science Foundation with Microsoft Fabric

Another key component of DIGI Data Camp Season 5 is building upon Data Analytics to advance into Data Science and Machine Learning.

Participants learned how to design and manage data models in Power BI and utilize AI to inspect and refine data structures, as well as how to leverage the Data Science Experience on Microsoft Fabric using Notebooks, Lakehouses, Spark, and pandas.

The content also covers Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, correlations, and outliers, while preparing data for machine learning.

Develop an end-to-end machine learning workflow

The project also delves into developing machine learning workflows on Microsoft Fabric, covering everything from data preparation using Data Wrangler and feature engineering to training machine learning models with tools such as scikit-learn, LightGBM, and XGBoost.

Participants also learned how to use MLflow and the Fabric ML Model Registry to manage and compare models, as well as how to generate batch predictions and utilize the results for further analysis or visualization in Power BI.

Elevate Data Quality with Power Query, DAX, and AI

High-quality data is the essential foundation for quality analysis; therefore, another aspect of the project focuses on data quality.

Participants learned how to perform ETL using Power Query, including checking for missing values, errors, duplicates, and data types, as well as applying AI and prompts to help identify issues and suggest approaches for data cleaning and transformation.

Additionally, the course covers learning DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) to create measures, calculated columns, and calculated tables, while leveraging AI to assist in writing, explaining, and validating DAX formulas to enhance speed and accuracy.

From data to a dashboard that powerfully communicates insights

The final phase of the project focuses on effectively communicating data through dashboard design.

Participants learned dashboard design principles and how to select appropriate visualizations, while also creating interactive dashboards using Power BI—incorporating KPI cards, trend charts, comparison charts, slicers, filters, and tables/matrices.

Additionally, AI is applied to assist in designing data stories—refining text and presentation elements to communicate insights concisely and effectively for executives. The program also includes a workshop on creating executive dashboards, covering the configuration of data refreshes, alerts, and sharing settings to ensure the dashboards are ready for practical use.
