Microsoft partners with Fusion Solution to provide Copilot AI training to Thailand Post, enhancing digital skills for the future.

Fusion Solution, in collaboration with Microsoft, organized a Copilot AI workshop for the Thailand Post (THP) team, covering all departments. The workshop aimed to enhance knowledge of technology and the practical application of AI Copilot in the workplace, with over 60 participants and skill levels ranging up to 200.

The objectives of the training

– Introduction to using Microsoft Copilot 365, Copilot Chat, and Copilot Studio.

– Teaching how to use the cost calculation tool with Azure Calculator.
